Hygge for Health
The Tended Living of You
Home begins with the people who live within it….
What is Hygge for Health?
Hygge for Health brings the principles of Tended Living and Home Organization & Logistics Management to your wellbeing — creating a home, environment, and everyday systems that make caring for your health easier.
Health doesn't happen only in a doctor's office. It happens where we sleep, what we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink, the products we use, the routines we keep, and the spaces we return to every day. It happens in the appointment scheduling, supportive bodywork, movement and exercise, life planning, and everyday tasks that can so easily compound into more steps to take.
Hygge for Health looks at those everyday pieces through a wellness lens and helps identify where your time, energy, and surroundings can better support you.
Through personalized services, we can organize, investigate, simplify, and tend to the practical parts of healthier living — while working alongside, rather than replacing, your medical and wellness care.
Because your home shouldn't be another thing you have to overcome. It should help take care of you.
Why Me?
I have spent years navigating a health journey that has required me to research, document, organize, advocate, pivot, make lifestyle changes and keep moving forward when the path forward wasn't clear.
I know how overwhelming it can become — especially when the person responsible for coordinating all of it is also the person who doesn't feel well.
I don't have all the answers, and Hygge for Health isn't medical care. What I do have is lived experience navigating the space between the questions and the next step.
If I can take part in helping someone's health journey be a little less arduous than mine, then I am fulfilling my purpose.
What I offer?
Consultations
A complimentary one-hour consultation to talk through where you are, identify where you need support, and make sure we're a good fit. From there, consultations can continue virtually or in person depending on your needs. One Valuable Next Step
Health can become an endless list of things you should be doing. My goal is to help narrow the noise. Each consultation ends with one clear, manageable next actiontionable based on where you are now — something we can actually move forward.Health Organization + Navigation

A Note About In-Home Visits
I am highly sensitive to indoor air quality due to past mold exposure. If I begin experiencing symptoms while working in your home, we may need to pause the in-person visit and transition our work to a virtual setting.
This allows me to continue supporting you while also honoring the environmental limitations of in-home work.
Why Me — The Longer Story
I have been in conversation with my body for as long as I can remember.
Chronic discomfort taught me early to notice. To listen. To recognize patterns. Over time, yoga, journaling and meditation became ways of understanding what my body was communicating and responding to it with greater intention.
In my twenties, those quiet discomforts became impossible to ignore.
For more than eight years, I experienced debilitating flares without an explanation. I sought medical care, asked questions and was repeatedly minimized. Eventually, one curious observation from a doctor friend — “those look like targetoid lesions” — gave me a new thread to follow.
I researched. I documented. I compared photographs. I found testing. And when one practitioner dismissed me, I kept looking until I found someone willing to be curious with me.
The diagnosis was Erythema Multiforme.
Knowing what I was dealing with changed what I could do about it. I began mapping my own patterns and adjusting my environment and lifestyle around what I learned. Eventually, the flares stopped.
Years later, when my health changed dramatically again, I already understood something important:
When something isn't working, information needs tending.
Symptoms. Appointments. Tests. Food. Environment. Routines. Research. Questions. Resources. The physical home. The people helping you. The things that make everyday life easier — and the things creating unnecessary friction.
When you don't feel well, managing all of that can become a job in itself.
This is where Hygge for Health lives.
Hygge for Health is the Tended Living of You.
It is not medical diagnosis or treatment. It is a way of bringing Home Organization Logistics Management to the complicated work surrounding our wellbeing — helping organize what you know, identify what needs attention, connect resources, create supportive systems and turn an overwhelming collection of information into manageable next steps.
Because I don't believe HOME begins with the building around us.
It begins with us.
Our homes may change many times throughout our lives. Our circumstances will change. Our needs will change.
But, we have the people we love and we always have ourselves.
The physical structures and systems surrounding us should support that.
HOME → MIND → BODY
Hygge for Health looks at those pieces together and asks:
What is supporting you?
What is creating friction?
What have you already learned?
What still needs tending?
And what is one thing we can actually do next?
Hygge for Health does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or prescribing. My role is to provide navigation, organization, coordination and practical support around health-related needs and next steps. These services are intended to work alongside — not replace — your licensed medical and wellness providers..
